Les cas de concurrence avec coefficient fixe de capital, monopole avec coefficient fixe de capital, monopole avec coefficient variable de capital sont étudiés. Based on the example of two quality processes deployed at the SNCF in the field of the service encounter, the aim of this article is to explore, from a clinical point of view, organizational mechanisms which encourage the denial of work. The norms of services previously defined contributed to the front office agents' denial of work, essentially because the respect of these norms became an ultimate finality. La presente tesis estudia la influencia de los factores de gobierno corporativo en la estructura de capital de las empresas cotizadas de Brasil, Chile y México. La muestra de nuestro estudio incluye 575 empresas con datos (4.937 observaciones) para el periodo 2006-2014.
