The body and the Art as formative resources at University: a path through the dance-movement therapy for future educators Based on a personal experience of workshop with university master's students for over ten years, the article shows how a dance-movement therapy course can quickly open up new existential perspectives, enabling new narrative about one’s relationship with the world and increasing reflexive capacity and self-awareness. The students seem to find a way for integrating different parts of themselves, for accepting their difficulties and weaknesses, for reflecting and developing deep contacts, overcoming insecurity and discovering their value and their own creative abilities.

The training and development of young players both as athletes and individuals is one of the task soccer governing bodies assign to professional soccer team in order to fully exploit the social aspects of sport activities. Recently UEFA imposed new rules to improve the use of home-grown players. We analyze a panel data of English Premier and Championship league clubs for the seasons 2001-02 to 2005-06 in order to understand what clubs characteristics lead to the employment of young players in the team during official matches. [Resumen] Objetivos: Establecer el tipo de pie y el Índice de Masa Corporal que predomina en la edad pediátrica. Material y métodos: Se ha realizado una descriptiva de la muestra estudio analizando la prueba del Foot Posture Índex y el Índice de Masa Corporal a 31 sujetos de 8 años. También se ha analizado la actividad deportiva y la frecuencia con la que se realiza además de valorar si llevaban tratamiento ortopodológico. Resultados: El 50% de la muestra presenta pies pronados. El Índice de Masa Corporal es mayor en el sexo masculino, siendo el 30% de los sujetos los que presentan sobrepeso y el 12% de la muestra obesidad. Modelling safety climate in the prediction of levels of safety activity

Abstract This study examined the architecture of the relationships between components of organizational safety climate, including employee attitudes to safety issues and perceptions of the work environment, and related this to self-reported levels of safety activity. Data were collected from a large multinational manufacturing organization by questionnaire. A total of 915 valid questionnaires were returned and formed the basis for structural equation modelling and subsequent analyses.
