The euro crisis has sparked changes in the EU's economic governance framework and a crisis of legitimacy across the union. While the institutional repercussions of the crisis have been studied before, the democratic impact at the national level has received much less attention. This paper aims to fill this gap, focusing on the procedural changes that the EU's new economic governance (NEG) framework has brought to national budgetary decision-making. Current actions in the economic circles were significantly caused by the work of the banks, but they also affect significantly the work of the banks. Using longitudinal data from the 'Generation' surveys carried out by Céreq that provides information on the first seven years on the labour market, this paper focuses on the consequences of the 2008 crisis on employment and job quality for the youth. Firstly, using the Generation 2004 survey, the situations are studied in terms of employability and vulnerability for two sub-periods (2004-2008 and 2009-2011). Secondly, youth transition is analyzed in terms of labour market segmentation or access to the primary segment or to the 'good jobs'. Las condiciones del mercado de trabajo en las áreas rurales han convertido el autoempleo en una de las opciones recurrentes entre las mujeres que tratan de iniciar una actividad o consolidar su económica. Mediante técnicas cualitativas y a partir de un caso de estudio en un área LEADER española (Sierra del Segura, Albacete), este trabajo investiga las redes locales de apoyo al autoempleo femenino en zonas rurales, así como el impacto de la crisis económica sobre dicho sistema de apoyos. Los resultados más destacados señalan la importancia del asociacionismo empresarial femenino (redes formales) y los liderazgos locales (redes informales) como apoyos-fuerza al emprendimiento femenino rural. …
