The group-level symptom-reduction model of mental health care emphasizes predetermined treatment guidelines for those mental and social difficulties that are diagnosable as mental health disorders on the basis of predetermined diagnostic criteria. The model have produced generalizable information to support medical decision-making for symptom reduction. However, it may have also increased the reification of diagnostic labels, and in so doing medicalized and stigmatized complex human-life experiences, with a lack of attention to a range of social determinants and existential factors associated with mental health. La colmena novela y La colmena filme son dos géneros narrativos cuyos procesos de textualización, si bien remiten a la misma historia, difieren entre sí. Por su parte, en la película, el relato cinematográfico opera narrativa y descriptivamente a partir de la secuenciación de imágenes en las que coexisten entre otros elementos: acción, espacios, movimiento y diálogos de personajes. El resultado es una concreción de la historia dada en forma multimodal. En la novela todo es verbal, discursivo: la textualización es una sucesión de formas lingüísticas con poder evocador. Mental health research and practice is currently moving beyond a focus on group-level symptom reduction models. Hence, research and treatment increasingly emphasize the real-life individual needs of service users and their social networks. Dwa czynniki decydują o stylu prowadzenia dialogu międzyreligijnego: cechy osobowości (ugodowość i otwartość na doświadczenie) oraz postawy religijne (dojrzała religijność). In the context of couple therapy involving the threat of divorce, the study examined the significance of silent moments for arriving at words for the not-yet-spoken experiences. It also examined whether interactional and embodied synchrony occurred during such silent moments. A mixed method analysis was conducted, focusing on the therapeutic dialogue, psychophysiological data (the Autonomic Nervous System, ANS), and the participants’ thoughts and feelings during individual Stimulated Recall interviews. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli syventää hiljaisten hetkien merkitystä pariterapiassa keskusteltaessa parisuhdekonfliktista. Lisäksi tarkastelimme, löytyykö hiljaisten hetkien aikana synkroniaa osallistujien väliltä keskustelun ja kehon tasolla. Monimenetelmäinen tutkimuksemme keskittyi kolmeen tasoon: terapeuttiseen keskusteluun, psykofysiologisista mittareista (autonominen hermosto) saatuun informaatioon sekä osallistujien ajatuksiin ja tunteisiin SR- haastattelussa. Nämä mittarit analysoitiin ensin erikseen, jonka jälkeen niiden antama informaatio yhdistettiin.
