Multiple global changes in the form of knowledge and the change in the doctoral education create the need to examine the current practices of doctoral degree. The change forces discussion about the future of doctoral education and the future of the prospective doctors. The doctoral education has to answer the demands set for it. Exploring the collaborative synthesis of information during online reading

Abstract This descriptive study sought to understand the complexities of integrative processing during collaborative online reading. Student pairs constructed a collaborative understanding while reading online information about a controversial issue by connecting, combining and organizing information that originated from prior knowledge, self-selected online texts, and discussions during an online inquiry task. Darba mērķis ir noteikt M.Bulgakova stāstu cikla „Jaunā ārsta piezīmes” un stāsta „Morfijs” ekranizācijas kinovalodas specifiku. Autore veic salīdzinošu analīzi, sastatot seriāla un krājuma raksturojošos aspektus. Īpaša uzmanība veltīta montāžai, sižeta specifikai, kā arī seriāla skaniskajam noformējumam un mākslinieciskās izteiksmes līdzekļiem. Darbs sastāv no divām nodaļām. Our objective is to encourage the human-computer interface designers to be more interested in the uses made of their product by taking into account to a higher degree the human-factor in the testing phase which often is too focused on technical aspects. We want to facilitate the integration of the user as a source of evaluation during the testing phase. Our aim is to offer the designer a software environment of practical tests that allow them to have their own products evaluated by their users. We undertook an experiment to explore the feasibility of this project.
