The item is the handout for a seminar session held on 21.09.2021 at the Dpt. of Philosophy of the University of Navarre, Pamplona, Spain. The presentation approaches the question "what is the main reason for the lack of harmony between Physics and Christian theology". This presentation defends the view that the main reason for the lack of harmony is that the epistemological stances are opposed to each other. That opposition can be reduced by developing a conceptual frame that is free of three intrinsic limitations of Physics. This frame is intimately linked to Physics. The one savior paradigm is discussed not only as doctrinal aspect of religious teachings but as one of mostly manifested aspect of our psychic, that should be adequately investigated. We suggest simple idea that could serve as starting cognitive model for the one savior paradigm, that might give effect in considering global aspects of humanity, e.g., such as global economy and exact sciences in more friendly connection with religious thinking.

While patient-related and social barriers to TB treatment adherence are well documented, less is known about how the organisation and delivery of TB care influences adherence behaviour. Abstract: Chemotherapy is currently the only effective approach to treat all forms of leishmaniasis. However, its effectiveness is severely limited due to high toxicity, long treatment length, drug resistance, or inadequate mode of administration. As a consequence, there is a need to identify new molecular scaffolds and targets as potential therapeutics for the treatment of this disease. A Practical Perspective: The Effect of Ligand Conformers on the Negative Image-Based Screening.

Negative image-based (NIB) screening is a rigid molecular docking methodology that can also be employed in docking rescoring. During the NIB screening, a negative image is generated based on the target protein’s ligand-binding cavity by inverting its shape and electrostatics. The resulting NIB model is a drug-like entity or pseudo-ligand that is compared directly against ligand 3D conformers, as is done with a template compound in the ligand-based screening. This cavity-based rigid docking has been demonstrated to work with genuine drug targets in both benchmark testing and drug candidate/lead discovery.
