CYP2A13 enzyme is expressed in human extrahepatic tissues, while CYP2A6 is a hepatic enzyme. Reactions catalysed by CYP2A13 activate tobacco-specific nitrosamines and some other toxic xenobiotics in lungs.To compare oxidation characteristics and substrate-enzyme active site interactions in CYP2A13 vs CYP2A6, we evaluated CYP2A13 mediated oxidation characteristics of 23 coumarin derivatives and modelled their interactions at the enzyme active site.CYP2A13 did not oxidise six coumarin derivatives to corresponding fluorescent 7-hydroxycoumarins. This book deals with the linguistic resources used in e-heath, in particular in the dialogue between specialists and e-patients as well as among users in e-forums. Traditional d/p exchanges have self-adapted to create new forms, and have evolved into a different product entirely. After establishing the area within the concept of e-health and the reasons why it is important to talk about this phenomenon, the book reports some analyses that show different aspects of these online exchanges. Starting from genre, linguistic features and dialogic markers, it continues on considerations on role postions and credibility as well as on legitimation of trust.

There are a lot of information and communication technology (ICT) tools for education, but the motivation to use those varies from teacher to teacher. In this paper we present results of an international survey on teachers' use of ICT tools in education. The purpose of the survey was to find out what motivates teachers to use ICT tools in the context of teaching. The survey also intended to reveal which tools are used as well as the needs and requirements that are not covered by the existing tools. This research is based on an analytical model designed to evaluate the institutional conditions that affect the development of teaching in Ibero-America. The analysis of historical documents is a difficult challenge commonly solved by trained humanists. We provided three different classification tasks, which can be solved individually or jointly: font group/script type, location, date. The document images are provided by several institutions and are taken from handwritten and printed books as well as from charters.
