Properties of transmembrane helix TM1 of the DcuS sensor kinase of Escherichia coli, the stator for TM2 piston signaling

Abstract The sensor kinase DcuS of Escherichia coli perceives extracellular fumarate by a periplasmic PASP sensor domain. Transmembrane (TM) helix TM2, present as TM2-TM2′ homo-dimer, transmits fumarate activation in a piston-slide across the membrane. The second TM helix of DcuS, TM1, is known to lack piston movement. Structural and functional properties of TM1 were analyzed. Oxidative Cys-crosslinking (CL) revealed homo-dimerization of TM1 over the complete membrane, but only the central part showed α-helical +3/+4 spacing of the CL maxima. Pašnāvības domu saistība ar traucētu piederības izjūtu, uztverto apgrūtinājumu un trauksmes sensitivitāti

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt pašnāvības domu saistību ar traucētu piederības izjūtu, uztverto apgrūtinājumu un trauksmes sensitivitāti, kā arī izzināt traucētas piederības izjūtas, uztvertā apgrūtinājuma un trauksmes sensitivitātes prognozēšanas potenciālu attiecībā uz pašnāvības domām. Pilngadību sasnieguši respondenti (N=500) aizpildīja Pašnāvības domu skalu, Interpersonālo vajadzību aptauju un Trauksmes sensitivitātes aptauju. Pētījuma rezultāti attiecībā uz saistībām ar pašnāvības domām atbilst līdzšinējam empīriskajam pamatojumam, kur visciešākās saistības uzrāda uztvertais apgrūtinājums un trauksmes sensitivitātes kognitīvā dimensija, kam turklāt ir prognozētāju raksturs.

Bakalaura darba pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai perspektīvas maiņa no savas uz cita perspektīvu var paaugstināt viedas spriešanas rādītājus problēmsituāciju risināšanā. 142 eksperimenta dalībnieki vecumā no 18 līdz 60 gadiem pēc nejaušības principa tika sadalīti četrās eksperimentālās grupās, kas risināja savu vai cita cilvēka problēmu no savas vai cita cilvēka perspektīvas. Starp grupām nepastāvēja statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības dzimuma, vecuma, izglītības un nodarbinātības rādītājos.
