In this article, 41 Service-Learning (SL) courses have been evaluated in 5 Spanish universities (4 public and 1 private), in order to determine whether they are SL initiatives or other type of educational practices. These experiences, which were implemented during the 2015/2016 academic year, covered degree programs from the five knowledge areas. Most of them involved Bachelor’s degree students and only one of them Master’s degree students. A qualitative methodology has been used, focused on content analysis and based on evaluations made by four experts. La planificacion de la docencia de las competencias nucleares en TIC en los nuevos grados del EEES plantea un novedoso reto que debe traducirse en diferentes acciones, entre las que destacamos una primera evaluacion cero, sobre la que disenar el proceso de ensenanza-aprendizaje que se seguira a lo largo de todo el grado. En el contexto de los grados impartidos en el Campus Terres de l'Ebre de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili, esta comunicacion desglosa como se realiza ese diagnostico con un cuestionario, y analiza y describe esta herramienta utilizada con el alumnado de primer curso de grado.

This article presents a validation study concerning an Evaluation Plan for E-Leaning. A quality validation study is developed from the conclusions or decisions of an Evaluation Plan for E-Learning. All this offers initial evidence of validation, in a global character, of these types of evaluation plans. Introduction Organizational changes of health care services in Norway brought to light a need for new clinical pathways. This study presents the design and evaluation of an information system for a new telemedicine service for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients after hospital discharge. Methods A user-centred design approach was employed composed of a workshop with end-users, two user tests and a field trial. Preparation of thin films of the ternary heavy fermion system CeNi 2 Ge 2

Ge2 layers on W(110). In order to produce well-ordered and atomically clean surfaces of the Ce-based intermetallic system the growth was performed under UHV conditions (p<2×10-11 mbar). Both the polycrystalline CeNi2Ge2 compound and the individual elements Ce, Ni, and Ge were used as evaporants. The characterisation of the layers was made with LEED, SEM, and XPS. We find a significant influence of the substrate temperature and the evaporation power on the growth characteristics. The compound material CeNi2Ge2 exhibits complicated behaviour when evaporated. Il saggio esamina il sistema delle regole che ineriscono la gestione della forza lavoro nell’impresa sequestrata o confiscata per metterne in luci pregi e criticità. La ricerca mette in particolare in luce i limiti della tesi che fa leva sulla prevalenza della disciplina contenuta nell’art. 56 del d.lgs. n. 159/2011 sulle regole generali. Il tema è indagato attraverso materiale giurisprudenziale in parte inedito e una valutazione critica del ruolo del sindacato.
