RESUMENEste trabajo pretende entender qué idea de justicia implícita es inherente a las reflexiones de Kant sobre la Ilustración y en particular en su artículo publicado en 1784 sobre este tema. Para poder entender esta noción, demuestro cómo Kant pretende redefinir las relaciones entre el Estado y los individuos, neutralizando lo que llama la domesticación del ser humano. La liberación que surge de este proceso debe provocar una redefinición de la conducta política y legal del Estado en relación con los ciudadanos, ampliando y garantizando al mismo tiempo sus derechos. En l’ultim terc del segle XVIII la corona espanyola es va incorporar a la practica de promoure expedicions que, junt amb la reivindicacio sobre els territoris visitats, elaboraren tambe estudis i catalegs de les riqueses naturals trobades. La majoria dels expedicionaris van topar a la tornada amb la incomprensio i l’oblit de les mateixes institucions que havien promogut el seu viatge.

Kamilla Mrozowska was born in Petersburg in 1917 and died in Krakow in 2002. She graduated from Warsaw University with a diploma in History. During the Second World War she was involved in secret teaching in Warsaw. She connected her scientific activity with the Jagiellonian University of Krakow, where she earned the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in 1948. In 1958, she was nominated for the post of associate Professor (Docent), and in 1978 – was conferred the title of Full Professor. She specialized in the history of education and child rearing. The diary of Antonio Desbrull y Boíl De Arenos's trip to Sicily offers the possibility to observe directly the perception of the sacred art of the author, characterized by an enlightened cultural profile, but far from the neoclassical taste that is the fundamental trait common to many of the contemporary travelers. Desbrull's testimony also allows us to examine some of the main religious buildings on the island, the works contained therein and the architectural decoration, an expression of a baroque taste that strikes and fascinates the author. Esta tesis doctoral consiste en una edición crítica de los Ethicorum Libri III (Valencia, 1816) escritos por el erudito valenciano Mariano Madramany y Calatayud, acompañada de una traducción al español y de notas explicativas. En la introducción se da detallada cuenta de la biografía de Madramany a partir de la consulta de la documentación de archivos, y se repasa el conjunto de su producción escrita, prestando especial atención a los contenidos, las estructuras y las fuentes de los Ethicorum. El doctorando establece las principales fuentes de los Ethicorum Libri III, a saber, santo Tomás de Aquino, el Catecismo Romano y la Theologia Moralis de Alfonso de Ligorio. The Promise and Deception of Participation in Welfare Services for Unemployed Young People

This study examined the role of welfare services in the participative citizenship of young people under 30 years of age outside the labour market. Thematic content analysis of the government’s white papers regarding participation policies, as well as participatory action research projects in two Finnish towns, were used to identify factors that enable or hinder participation for this group of service users. The paradigm of participation was critically examined with reference to the theoretical framework of Max Horkheimer and Theodor Adorno’s “dialectic of Enlightenment”, which proposes the parallel existence of the promise and the deception of Enlightenment.
