ResumenEl trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un diagnóstico estratégico de las empresas de inserción en España, identificando sus principales debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades, y las posibles medidas a implementar para mejorar su situación. Para ello, se utiliza el método Delphi como técnica basada en un cuestionario a expertos, incluida dentro de las metodologías cualitativas de la Dirección de Empresas, apropiada para trabajos exploratorios y en los que las técnicas cuantitativas no proporcionan suficiente información. Antibodies produced in rabbits against an 18-amino acid peptide (peptide 1, NSLPQSEGATNFGDIGVP) of capsid protein VP2/residues 292-309 of canine parvovirus (CPV) or against an 18-amino acid peptide (peptide 2, GKRNTVLFHGPASTKGKS) of nonstructural protein NS1/residues 391-409 of CPV identified, in immunofluorescence analysis, viral antigens in canine A 72 cells infected with CPV. Antibodies to peptide 2 also identified viral antigens in bovine cells infected with bovine parvovirus. Clinical data and radiographic findings of 32 newborn suffering from necrotising enterocolitis were analysed [12 patients with rotavirus-positive necrotising enterocolitis (RV + NEC), 20 patients with rotavirus-negative necrotising enterocolitis (RV-NEC)]. The presence and degree of pneumatosis intestinalis, portal venous gas and pneumoperitoneum on abdominal radiographs were graded after Kosloske et al. according to "mild, moderate, and severe". Pneumatosis intestinalis occurred twice as often in the ascending colon in RV-NEC compared to RV + NEC, whereas the transverse colon was involved nearly as frequently as the descending colon in both groups. The use of the antibiotic Linezolid in two premature babies with necrotizing enterocolitis and infection with vancomycin-resistant enterococcus is described. Therapy with Linezolid in cause of necrotizing enterocolitis is an exception. Actually there are no proven recommendations for the use in this age group. Despite the successfully results more investigations for the use of linezolid in newborns and prematures are necessary.
