The European Culture Collections Organisation presents two new model documents for Material Deposit Agreement (MDA) and Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) designed to enable microbial culture collection leaders to draft appropriate agreement documents for, respectively, deposit and supply of materials from a public collection. These tools provide guidance to collections seeking to draft an MDA and MTA, and are available in open access to be used, modified, and shared. Abstract The European bee, Apis mellifera L. (Hymenoptera: Apidae), is a fundamental resource for the pollination of a great variety of botanical species used by humans for sustenance. Over the last few decades, bee colonies have become vulnerable to a new pest that has advanced beyond its native sub-Saharan territory: the small hive beetle, Aethina tumida Murray (Coleoptera: Nitidulidae). This currently presents a pressing problem in the United States and Australia, but it has also been recorded in Portugal and Italy and it is likely to spread in the rest of Europe too. L'articolo analizza la recente lettura delle corti di merito della normativa in materia di licenziamenti collettivi alla luce della Carta Sociale Europea, ed evidenzia la discriminazione rimediale tra lavoratori assunti prima e dopo il 7 marzo 2015, data di entrata in vigore del d.lgs. 23/2015. The article focuses on the recent jurisprudence of first instance labour courts on collective dismissals in the light of the European Social Charter, and it underlines the discrimination in terms of applicable remedies among workers hired before and after 7th March 2020, date of entry into force of legislative decree 23/2015.

Con la construcción de una economía de mercado en Rusia, el papel de este país en el sistema de comercio internacional ha cambiado sustancialmente. A partir del año 2000, la situación en Rusia se ha ido estabilizando y es posible atisbar cuáles son sus tendencias económicas más relevantes. Un aspecto de gran importancia es cuál es la situación y qué composición tiene el comercio exterior de Rusia y, en especial, con España. Tono.Sanchez@uv.es Durante los últimos años Rusia está experimentando una gran dinámica económica, que está influyendo cada vez más en los flujos comerciales internacionales. Las relaciones de Rusia con España no escapan a esta consideración. En este trabajo se pone de manifiesto las relaciones comerciales existentes entre ambos países, en concreto durante los últimos cuatro años. El trabajo se inicia destacando la importancia del comercio exterior dentro de la economía rusa.
