In the period between September 2008 and February 2009, we evaluated with knee radiography a group of 30 patients with known knee osteoarthritis (OA). For each patient, two weight-bearing views of the knee were acquired, the first with a standard antero-posterior (AP) technique, the latter with a posteroanterior (PA) technique with a 10° skull-caudal incidence. The radiographs obtained were evaluated blinded by two radiologist who assessed the medial femoro-tibial width (FTW). This article, whose title is so generic, does not intend to be an exhaustive and historiographic list of women authoring contemporary Spanish comics. A priori, the deficiencies of the global label “woman comic” are questioned and the representative work of a group of draftswomen and scriptwriters is shown, since the 1980 decade (Madriz, El Cairo and El Víbora) to nowadays publications: Laura Pérez-Vernetti, Ana Juan, Ana Miralles, Sonia Pulido and Clara- Tanit. On tool stirring action in friction stir welding of work hardenable aluminium alloys

In the paper solid state bonding conditions obtained in friction stir welding (FSW) of AA5754-H111 butt joints are analysed, considering the so called zigzag line in the transverse section of the joints. A wide experimental campaign was carried out varying both tool advancing speed and tool rotational one. The effects of the process on the mechanical properties of the joint were highlighted and micro- and macro-observations were used in order to explain the reasons of the enhanced mechanical properties found for the welded material. We aim to determine burnout rates among psychiatric trainees, and identify individual, educational and work-related factors associated with severe burnout.MethodsIn an online survey psychiatric trainees from 22 countries were asked to complete the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-GS) and provide information on individual, educational and work-related parameters. Hypothesis: Genetic variation for the primary sex ratio is widespread in a copepodwith polygenic sex determination. Cytoplasmic sex ratio distorters (e.g. Wolbachia andmicrosporidians) influence the primary sex ratio in this copepod. Organism: The intertidal copepod, Tigriopus californicus; six populations from VancouverIsland, British Columbia. Study site: Quantitative genetics experiment in the laboratory.
