Symptom variability and control in COPD: Advantages of dual bronchodilation therapy

Abstract Background Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a heterogeneous disorder characterized by usually progressive development of airflow obstruction that is not fully reversible. While most patients will experience symptoms throughout the day or in the morning upon awakening, many patients do not experience their symptoms as constant but report variability in symptoms during the course of the day or over time. Symptom variability adversely affects patients' health status and increases the risk of COPD exacerbations. L'Observatoire régional de l'emploi et de la formation (OREF) de Bourgogne a été sollicité en 1995 pour participer à l'élaboration des contrats d'objectifs professionnels. Cette note retrace les grandes lignes de cette contribution et souligne la non-existence d'une méthodologie type, face à la complexité de la relation formation-emploi.

Resumen Las actitudes de los docentes hacia la inclusión son un factor relevante para permitir que las políticas educativas inclusivas puedan materializarse verdaderamente en prácticas inclusivas. Estas actitudes se ven influenciadas por diferentes variables, entre las que se encuentran la formación y experiencia en el ámbito de la inclusión y las condiciones y recursos disponibles para llevar a cabo prácticas educativas.
