Ulkomaalaistaustaisten asukkaiden ja turistien määrä Suomessa on kasvanut huomattavasti viime vuosien aikana. Yritysten resurssien ohjaaminen tämän alati kasvavan ja ostovoimaisen asiakaskunnan tarpeiden huomioimiseen voisi edistää asiakaspalvelualan yritysten liiketoimintaa.
