The editorial function of the territorial intelligence systems

This communication makes an updating of our thinking about the editorial function of the systems of territorial intelligence. Computer science and information systems aim at increasing the communication between the human beings. A territorial intelligence system is an instrument at the service of the actors who ambition to control the development the equitable and sustainable development of their territory. International audience; Notre travail s’attache à l’analyse, encore peu développée, du rôle des contextes scolaires dans le développement des compétences citoyennes. Nous supposons que l’établissement a un effet sur les compétences citoyennes des élèves : il s’agit de déterminer quelles caractéristiques de l’établissement s’avèrent essentielles pour comprendre la manière dont l’éducation à la citoyenneté agit sur les élèves. Les données utilisées portent sur l’éducation à la citoyenneté et ont été recueillies, en 2018 par le Cnesco, auprès de 16000 élèves, 500 enseignants et 350 chefs d’établissement de plus de 450 établissements.
