This thesis investigates public art and art festivals in the West, and a large scale art project in Japan, Benesse Art Site Naoshima, which is yet to be defined its place in the academic world. Through the case study of Benesse Art Site Naoshima, public art, site-specific art, art festivals, and a role of art museums are discussed. A severe injury is an identity threatening situation for competitive athletes. Previous literature suggests that having a strong athletic identity can be beneficial for the athlete when injured. To the date there has been little research on how athletic identity is managed during that challenging time of injury. The purpose of this study was to explore how athletic identity is managed during the injury and rehabilitation phase before returning to competitive sport. Tässä pro gradu -työssä tarkastellaan helluntailaisten yhteisöllisen identiteetin rakentumista. Helluntailiike on karismaattisuutta korostava protestanttinen uskonsuuntaus, johon kuuluu Suomessa reilut 45 000 jäsentä. Tutkimusaineisto on koottu helluntailiikkeen viikkolehden Ristin Voiton mielipidekirjoituksista vuodelta 2007. Artikkeli käsittelee kuulumisen ja kuulumattomuuden intersektionaalista rakentumista suomalaisessa nuorisokulttuurissa yhden tapaustutkimuksen kautta. Erityisesti tutkin sitä, miten tubettaja ja rap-artisti Hassan Maikal käyttää kieltä, diskursseja, (liikkuvaa) kuvaa ja ääntä rakentaessaan sosiaalista, diskursiivista ja affektiivista kiinnittymistä, tai näiden puutetta. Otan huomioon, miten etenkin etnisyys, uskonnollisuus ja sukupuoli, mutta myös ikä, kieli ja asuinpaikka, liittyvät kuulumiseen ja kuulumattomuuteen ja rakentavat näitä.
