Electronic Energy Meter Based on a Tunnel Magnetoresistive Effect (TMR) Current Sensor

In the present work, the design and microfabrication of a tunneling magnetoresistance (TMR) electrical current sensor is presented. After its physical and electrical characterization, a wattmeter is developed to determine the active power delivered to a load from the AC 50/60 Hz mains line. Experimental results are shown up to 1000 W of power load. A relative uncertainty of less than 1.5% with resistive load and less than 1% with capacitive load was obtained. The described application is an example of how TMR sensing technology can play a relevant role in the management and control of electrical energy.

Šī maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt savstarpējās saistības starp pusaudžu problemātisku interneta lietošanu (PIL), pašnovērtētām stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijām un uzvedības problēmām; izpētīt, kādā mērā pusaudžu uzvedības problēmas un kādas stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijas prognozē PIL. Pētījumā piedalījās 133 pusaudži vecumā no 10 līdz 13 gadiem (vidējais vecums 11,38 gadi), no kuriem 65 bija zēni un 68 meitenes. Virtuālās draudzības un pašefektivitātes novērtējuma saistība ar problemātisku interneta lietošanu pusaudžiem

Darba mērķis bija izpētīt, kādas saistības pastāv starp virtuālo draudzību, pašefektivitāti, problemātisku interneta lietošanu un demogrāfiskās aptaujas rādītājiem pusaudžiem, kā arī atsevišķi zēniem un meitenēm; un kā šie mainīgie prognozē virtuālo draudzību. Pētījumā piedalījās 288 pusaudži vecumā no 11 līdz 18 gadiem (M = 13,96), no tiem 139 zēni (M = 14,22) un 149 meitenes (M = 13,72). Pētījumā tika izmantotas aptaujas, kas adaptētas šī darba ietvaros: 1. Problemātiskas interneta lietošanas skala pusaudžiem, 2. Virtuālās draudzības skala, 3. Pašefektivitātes skala bērniem.
