Although not bound by law, by option, small and medium entities from Romania can prepare the statement for the modifications within their equity and / or the statement of cash flows. When companies select this option, any decision made by the consumer of accounting information is better founded, from the perspective of information sources that it uses, rather than the opposite, because the users of accounting information about a company are almost always interested by the way in which the company generates and uses cash and cash equivalents. In this paper we present the particularities implied in Romania by the preparation of the statement of cash flows using the indirect method.

Human metapneumovirus, with two known genotypes named A and B, is associated with mild respiratory symptoms to severe LRTI in children, high-risk adults and the elderly. Rapid and reliable methods of hMPV detection in clinical samples are essential to implement appropriate care, to better understand the pathology of hMPV and to determine its epidemiology. Respiratory samples from 1,386 patients collected during 2 consecutive years were screened for hMPV using indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) assay with a monoclonal antibody. W przedstawionym badaniu wzięło udział 118 osób – 48 mężczyzn i 70 kobiet, w wieku między 18. a 65. rokiem życia (M = 24,70; SD = 10,90). Rekrutacji osób badanych dokonano za pomocą metody kuli śnieżnej drogą internetową. Głównym celem badania była eksploracja potencjalnych predyktorów wsparcia społecznego – ciemnej triady, czyli konstruktu, na który składają się trzy cechy uznawane za niepożądane: psychopatia, makiawelizm i narcyzm, a także stylu konwersacyjnej niebezpośredniości, czyli skłonności zarówno do generowania wypowiedzi, w których ukryte są jakieś treści, jak i do doszukiwania się niejawnych komunikatów w wypowiedziach innych. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts brīvās netiešās runas izmantojums un funkcionalitāte Džeinas Ostinas romānā "Emma". Darba mērķis ir brīvas netiešās runas kā vēstījuma tehnikas izpēte un Džeinas Ostinas ieguldījuma kritiska analīze. Darba teorētiskajā daļā veikts netiešās runas pētījums un noteikta Džeinas Ostinas ietekme. Darba empīriskajā daļā tiek pētītas brīvās netiešās runas funkcijas romānā "Emma", balstoties uz konkrētiem piemēriem. Analīzes rezultāti apstiprina Džeinas Ostinas ieguldījuma nozīmi brīvās netiešās runas attīstībā. Darbā izdarītie secinājumi norāda, ka Džeinas Ostinas meistarīgais netiešās runas izmantojums apliecina viņas novatorisko stilu un izcilo literāro talantu.
