Prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej jako podstawa wygaśnięcia mandatu radnego w świetle orzecznictwa sądowoadministracyjnego – wybrane problemy

The paper presents the legal basis for the termination of a councillor’s mandate, which comes from general elections, in a situation when he finds out that he conducts business activity on the property or using the property of the commune in which he obtained the mandate. The positions of administrative courts expressed in this regard as a result of complaints about resolutions or supervisory decisions, by which the councillor’s mandate was terminated due to the premise of conducting business activity, were presented.

Tradicionalmente, la financiación de las residencias de ancianos en España se ha venido realizando mediante dos mecanismos: la provisión directa de los centros públicos y los subsidios a los centros privados y del tercer sector. La Comunidad Valenciana decidió incorporar en 1996 un nuevo instrumento de financiación, que hasta ahora no se había usado en España, denominado bonoresidencia. El principal propósito de este artículo es averiguar si la implantación de este instrumento ha colaborado a incrementar y mejorar las condiciones del empleo en este sector.

Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan kouluvalintapolitiikan käyttöä lasten sijoittamisessa oppivelvollisuuskouluihin. Kyse on ylikansallisesta toimintapolitiikasta, jonka mukaan vanhemmat voivat hakea lapselle koulupaikkaa haluamaansa kouluun ja koulut voivat (osittain) valita oppilaansa. Kouluvalintapolitiikkaa on toteutettu Suomen yhtenäiskoulujärjestelmässä 1990-luvun puolivälistä alkaen. Kouluvalintapolitiikan tapahtumapaikka käsitteellistetään koulumarkkinoiksi. The gender gap in education against females becomes smaller as the level of development increases and turns in their favor in developed countries. Through analysis of regional variation in the gender gap within Turkey, which displays a similar pattern to the crosscountry pattern, this paper studies the factors that lead to the emergence of a gender gap against females. The data for student achievement and aspirations for further education during compulsory school show that females are just as well prepared and motivated for further education as their male counterparts across regions with very different levels of development. Abstract Background Intrinsic capacity (IC) defined by the WHO refers to the composite of five domains of capacities. So far, developing and validating a standardized overall score of the concept have been challenging partly because its conceptual framework has been unclear. Työrauhaongelmat ovat viimeaikoina herättäneet runsaasti peruskoulua koskevaa keskustelua. Vuorovaikutus työrauhan takaamiseksi kouluissa näyttää nousevan keskeiseksi opettajan asiantuntijuudessa. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on ymmärtää työrauhan rakentumista opettajan ja oppilaan välisessä vuorovaikutuksessa. Tavoitteena on selvittää, millaisissa tilanteissa työrauha estyy ja millaisilla luokanhallintakeinoilla opettajat puuttuvat oppilaiden työrauhaa häiritsevään käyttäytymiseen.
