The aim of the paper is to present the economic dimension of the Europe 2020 strategy. The new strategy of European Union, was launched on 3 march 2010, as a response for economic crisis. It contains 3 key priorities: smart growth, sustainable growth and inclusive growth. In economies in which pension obligations are substantial, it is important that there is a high degree of trust in the financial reporting of pensions by employers and by pension plans. The objective of this paper is to assess legal considerations regarding the introduction and implement of financial transaction tax mechanisms in private pension system. In line with this objective, an understanding of causes, implications, solutions for pensions is essential to being able to efficiently and effectively create a secure fiscal environment.

Abstract: Purpose: To evaluate the ergonomics and efficacy of five instruments used in dentistry for scaling and root planing. Methods: This experimental study with a comparative cross-sectional design was carried out during a simulated scaling and root planing task. Seven female dentists and one dental hygienist aged 26–58 years participated. Five instruments were evaluated in a subjective analysis of usability and musculoskeletal strain and with measurements of muscular activity, postures of the upper limbs, and work productivity. During high-frequency rotational angioplasty (HFRA), myocardial contrast enhancement (echo contrast) was observed by means of two-dimensional echocardiography. In order to evaluate the echo contrast produced by HFRA, an in vitro experimental model was built using a cylinder with the HFRA catheter scanned in a water bath. The cylinder was filled with blood, mineral water, and distilled water. With a 2.5-MHz transducer, echograms were recorded and analyzed by video intensitometer, and the maximum intensity IUmax and persistence time P were calculated.
