For some years now the importance has been appraised of demonstrating elementary geometry to pupils and future teachers through interactive geometry software. This fits within a view of the teaching of geometry that stresses a hands-on approach, thanks to which it is possible to teach the subject via historical syllabi, touching on ideas from different origins and of a transversal nature. Vuosittain järjestettävät Kansainväliset fysiikkaolympialaiset (International Physics Olympiad, IPhO) tarjoaa lukiolaisille ympäri maailmaa mahdollisuuden kamppailla fysiikan hallinnassa, ja verkostoitua muiden samanhenkisten nuorten kanssa. Kansainvälisiä fysiikkaolympialaisia on järjestetty vuodesta 1967 lähtien, ja Suomi osallistui niihin ensimmäisen kerran vuonna 1977. Background: Intense pulsed light (IPL) technology has been used by cosmetic and medical practitioner since 1990. Initially it was only used to remove unnecessary hair, but over time, it began to be used for anti-aging treatments, removing erythema, acne lesions, and acne scars. Aim of the study: The aim of this study is to investigate how the use of IPL technology has affected acne lesions and to determine whether the condition of the patient’s skin has improved. Nell’ambito delle diverse coppie ossidoriduttive di un elemento in soluzione acquosa, vengono indicate come ipoossidate le specie appartenenti a quelle coppie il cui potenziale standard è inferiore a quello di riduzione dell’acqua ad idrogeno, e come iperossidate le specie che fanno parte di coppie con valore del potenziale di riduzione superiore a quello dell’ossigeno ad acqua. Si tratta in entrambi i casi di specie termodinamicamente poco stabili che si trasformano rispettivamente nella forma ossidata con evoluzione di idrogeno e nella forma ridotta con evoluzione di ossigeno.
