Bakalaura darbā „Līgas Civilko dzimtas vecāko pārstāvju atmiņas par bērnību un skolas laikiem” izpētīta Liepiņu dzimtas vēsture un atmiņas, balstoties uz mutvārdu vēstures liecībām. Pētījuma galvenais problēmjautājums ir - vai ar mutvārdu vēstures palīdzību iespējams gūt ne tikai ieskatu kādā vēstures notikumā, bet arī veikt savas dzimtas dziļāku izpēti. Bakalaura darbā pirmo reizi plašāk tiek aplūkota Līgas Civilko dzimtas vēsture vairākās paaudzēs. Rewolucyjny rozwój internetu znacząco wpłynął nie tylko na społeczeństwo i kulturę, ale także na gospodarkę. Największe sieciowe korporacje nie pozostały bierne wobec pojawiających się zmian i zaczęły doskonale wykorzystywać ludzkie przywiązanie do sieci. Komercyjny pęd doprowadził wręcz do uprzedmiotowienia człowieka i mierzenia jego wartości w kategoriach ekonomicznych. Kapitalizm odbił swe piętno na funkcjonowaniu sieci, ale sieć, rządząca się swoimi prawami, także zaczęła wpływać na formę tego systemu i ją uaktualniać. Staliśmy się świadkami ewolucji kapitalistycznego rynku i dezaktualizacji niektórych pojęć.
A survey to evaluate knowledge, attitudes, and practices associated with the risk of foodborne infection in a sample of Sicilian general population

<abstract> <p>Although foodborne infections contracted at home are frequent diseases worldwide, there is a general lack of information. Main purpose of this cross-sectional study was to evaluate knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of a sample of the general Sicilian population about the risk of contracting foodborne diseases. It was carried out through a web-based questionnaire to a Sicilian population sample. The questionnaire collected socio-demographic data, health issues, KAP and self-reported diseases. The purpose was (a) to study the effect of an 8-week Finnish military basic training period (BT) on physical fitness, body composition, mood state, and serum biochemical parameters among new conscripts; (b) to determine the incidence of overreaching (OR); and (c) to evaluate whether initial levels or training responses differ between OR and noOR subjects. Fifty-seven males (19.7 ± 0.3 years) were evaluated before and during BT. Plasticity is a hallmark of mononuclear phagocytes, and in response to environmental signals these cells undergo different forms of polarized activation, the extremes of which are called classic or M1 and alternative or M2. Iedzīvotāju skaita sarukums nes līdzi sekas - teritorijas, kas piedzīvo iedzīvotāju skaita sarukumu var piedzīvot sarukšanas virpuli, kurā iedzīvotāju skaita sarukums raisa darbavietu un pakalpojumu slēgšanu, kas raisa vēl lielāku iedzīvotāju skaita sarukumu. Kopienu iniciatīvas var darboties kā lauku un iedzīvotāju skaita sarukuma bremzējošs faktors. Izmantojot anketēšanas un interviju metodes, Rūjienas pilsētas iedzīvotāju kopienu iniciatīvas tiek pētītas iedzīvotāju skaita sarukšanas apstākļos.
