Maintaining information in Short-Term Memory between 2 and 6 years old of age : temporal forgetting and helping in maintaining the goal

Working memory is an essential component of thought that is highly involved in learning and academic achievement. However, it is rarely studied in preschoolers, mainly because of a lack of suitable paradigms. Therefore, this thesis investigated the functioning of working memory in children between 2 and 6 years. For this purpose, two original paradigms were used. They were designed to be close to game situations which should help young children to focus their attention on the task. Firstly it was shown that the recall performance decreased over time, even in the absence of an interfering task. Cette étude statistique s’intéresse aux pratiques de RSE des entreprises de petite taille de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté (BFC), étant donné que ces dernières sont quasi délaissées par la recherche scientifique au profit des grandes entreprises comme démontré par Oueghlissi (2013). Le choix de la région BFC s’explique par l’accès facilité au terrain et le fait que la RSE est à ce jour peu explorée d’un point de vue académique dans cette région. Elle met en avant plusieurs paradoxes que nous présentons dans cette étude.
The Dark Side of Value Co-Creation: The Example of French Commercial Architecture

Innovation is a network activity where different actors collaborate. An ethnographic survey of the French commercial architecture industry highlights the ambivalence of this co-production process. The results identify the sources of co-creation and co-destruction related both to the motivations of the actors and their interactions and examines their consequences. Retailers are encouraged to reposition themselves as project leaders, responsible for both assigning roles and mediating between the creative and technical functions. The development of new communication platforms to overcome interpretive biases between the diverse set of actors is also recommended.

In Tunisia, enrollment rates in tertiary education had soared up over the past two decades. A significant increase of student annual flows imposed the implementation of reforms that led to an increase in the number of higher education institutions and universities. One of the challenges in Tunisia and many African countries is to improve the efficiency of education systems to promote employability and graduates employment. La fusion des deux évaluations existantes en Afrique subsaharienne (SACMEQ et PASEC) permet de disposer d'indicateurs comparables pour vingt-neuf pays. Die von J.-P. Delor anhand von Luftaufnahmen identifizierte Einhegung von Deux-Rivières (Cravant) war 1999 Gegenstand einer kurzen Sondierungskampagne. Sie ist von einer Palissade und möglicherweise einem Graben oder einer zweiten Palisade umgeben und umgrenzt ein ca. 1,5 ha großes Areal. Sie wurde durch den Bau der Rollbahn eines Militärflughafens, bei dem der Innenbereich teilweise abgetragen wurde, stark beschädigt. Das Fundmaterial gestattet keine genauere Datierung. Die seltenen Indizien legen eine Zuordnung zu der in der Region gut vertretenen Cerny-Kultur nahe.
