Promuovere negli uomini la scelta di prepararsi all’esercizio della professione di maestro di scuola primaria

The sixth principle of the Charte de la Ligue Internationale de l’Education Nouvelle of 1921 emphasizes the concept of coeducation. The definition of this concept provides interesting insights to launch a proactive debate on the need to increase the male presence in primary school teaching staff. First of all, some results of empir- ical research that support the request to increase the number of male teachers in the primary school are displayed. Secondly, the most significant measures adopted by some States to promote the figure of the male primary school teacher are described. Finally, a few proposals are made on what could be done in Italy.

Il sesto principio della Charte de la Ligue Internationale de l’Education Nouvelle del 1921 pone l’accento sul concetto di coeducazione. La definizione di questo concetto fornisce spunti interessanti per avviare un dibattito propositivo sulla necessità di accrescere la quota maschile nel corpo docente della scuola prima- ria. In primo luogo si espongono alcuni risultati di ricerche sul campo che avvalorano la richiesta di aumentare il numero degli in- segnanti maschi nel corpo docente della scuola primaria. In secondo luogo si descrivono le misure adottate da alcuni Stati per promuovere la figura del maestro di scuola primaria. Incapacità di acquisire nuovi ricordi difficoltà nel ricordare eventi osservati recentemente mancata identificazione delle cose dei luoghi e delle persone disorientamento visivo-spaziale sono questi e molti altri i disturbi con cui devono imparare a convivere coloro che sono colpiti da malattie neurologiche. In una società in continua evoluzione dove la diminuzione della natalità e l’innalzamento della soglia di mortalità divengono costanti il compito dell’Architettura è proprio quello d’interpretare le esigenze e i bisogni di persone che hanno perso il rapporto canonico con il mondo e offrire loro le possibilità di recuperarlo o di mantenerlo attraverso canali di comunicazione che sfruttino le loro residue capacità di comprensione. Lo spazio interno ed esterno assume così una “funzione protesica” contenendo ed esprimendo in sé le conoscenze necessarie per la sua corretta fruizione riducendo il senso di frustrazione attraverso la sensazione di sicurezza e di benessere che il malato deve percepire vivendolo. Cette étude évalue la discrimination dans l’accès à l’emploi dans trois professions présentes à la fois dans le secteur privé et dans la Fonction Publique. Deux dimensions sont examinées : l’effet de la réputation du lieu de résidence et l’effet de l’origine maghrébine. Elle est réalisée sur données expérimentales de testing réalisé dans trois professions en tension pour lesquelles la discrimination devrait a priori être très réduite : les responsables administratifs de catégorie A, les techniciens de maintenance de catégorie B et les aides soignantes de catégorie C. L'epatite virale C (HCV) è un importante problema di salute pubblica e la sua eliminazione entro il 2030 indicata come target dall’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità è un obiettivo ambizioso. L’offerta di screening gratuito per l’infezione da HCV è un importante traguardo che richiede un proficuo coordinamento Stato-Regioni e un’efficace organizzazione regionale che garantisca un percorso interdisciplinare tra medicina del territorio e specialistica. Un programma di comunicazione per la sensibilizzazione delle popolazioni target e degli operatori sanitari è la chiave principale del successo. L'implementazione dello screening proattivo (come definito dalla Legge Milleproroghe) è il primo passo nella realizzazione dell'intero screening (tutta la coorte di nascita tra 1948-1988) ritenuta la strategia più costo-efficace necessaria per raggiungere in Italia gli obiettivi di eliminazione dell'HCV entro il 2030.
