Since the relative lack of efficiency and/or safety of current tocolytic agents have been highlighted, it is necessary to develop new uterorelaxant drugs deprived of important maternal and foetal side effects. Our work reported in this review focuses on a potential new target for tocolytic drugs, the beta3-adrenoceptor (ADRB3). A mild juvenile variant of type IV glycogenosis.

The mild juvenile form of type IV glycogenosis, confirmed by a profound deficiency of the brancher enzyme in tissue specimens is reported from three Turkish male siblings who, foremost, suffered from chronic progressive myopathy. Muscle fibers contained polyglucosan inclusions of typical fine structure, i.e. a mixture of granular and filamentous glycogen. They reacted strongly for myophosphorylase, but were resistant to diastase. Bakalaura darba tēma: Darba vides ietekme uz māsas fizisko un emocionālo labsajūtu ķirurģijas nodaļās. Tēmas aktualitāte: mainīga darba vide, kura ir saistīta ar daudzām slimībām, apmierinātību ar darbu, stresa reakcijām un dažādiem dzīves apstākļiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt darba vides ietekmi uz māsas fizisko un emocionālo labsajūtu ķirurģijas nodaļās. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika veikts kvantitatīvs, neeksperimentāls pētījums. Pētījums tika veikts interneta vietnē, kurā iesaistījās 100 māsas no ķirurģijas nodaļām. Pētījuma rezultātā tika secināts, ka pētījuma hipotēze neapstiprinās. N-Methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptor stimulation promotes neuronal survival and differentiation under both in vitro and in vivo conditions. Background & Aims Progressive fibrosis has been identified as the major predictor of mortality in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Several biomarkers are currently being evaluated for their ability to substitute the liver biopsy as the reference standard. Recent clinical studies in NAFLD/NASH patients support the utility of PRO-C3, a marker of type III collagen formation, as a marker for the degree of fibrosis, disease activity, and effect of treatment.
