International audience; Skin lesion segmentation in dermoscopic images is still a challenge due to the low contrast and fuzzy boundaries of lesions. Moreover, lesions have high similarity with the healthy regions in terms of appearance. In this paper, we propose an accurate skin lesion segmentation model based on a modified conditional generative adversarial network (cGAN). We introduce a new block in the encoder of cGAN called factorized channel attention (FCA), which exploits both channel attention mechanism and residual 1-D kernel factorized convolution. La finalitat d'aquesta revisió sistemàtica va ser determinar l'eficàcia dels mètodes terapèutics per al Trastorn d'Identitat Dissociatiu (DID), en què es diferencia entre tractament psicoterapèutic i farmacològic, així com el tractament per a pacients amb comorbilitat. D'un total de 1.209 referències obtingudes a la base de dades PsycInfo, s'hi seleccionaren 15 estudis a partir dels criteris de selecció establerts prèviament. Un dels estudis s'ha obtingut a la base de dades Web of Science. Svarīgākais instruments ir vairāku valodu izmantošana mācību laikā, īpaši, latviešu un angļu. Šī darba mērķis ir pārbaudīt un pilnveidot pašlaik valodu apguves procesā izmantotās metodoloģijas piemērotību. Darbā izklāstīts pētāmā jautājuma teorētiskais pamatojums; praktiskajā daļā īpaši detalizēti tiek analizēti jauni, autora izstrādāti valodas mācību materiāli.
