“I Am Your Fan; Bookmarked!” Members’ Identification Development in Founder-Led Online Communities

In this study, we present the findings from an inductive and interpretive case study of a founder-led online community (OC), exploring how members’ identification develops within the community over time. Using a longitudinal study of an OC that was founded by a reputable individual, it is shown that members were first attracted to the OC through their affective and cognitive identification with the founder; however, over time, they developed identification through social interaction with other members. This study addresses this research gap by examining the influence of the magnitude of organizational trust in leadership and consensus about this trust on job satisfaction. Modeling bismuth insertion in 1D hybrid lead halide TMSO(Pb x Bi y )I3 pseudo-perovskites

Abstract The structures of the disordered 1D (pseudo-)perovskites of general TMSO(Pb x Bi y )I3 formulation [TMSO = (CH3)3SO+], obtained by doping the TMSOPbI3 species with Bi3+ ions, are investigated through the formulation of a statistical model of correlated disorder, which addresses the sequences of differently occupied BI6 face-sharing octahedra (B = Pb, Bi or vacant site) within ideally infinite [(BI3)−] n chains. The x-ray diffraction patterns simulated on the basis of the model are matched to the experimental traces, which show many broad peaks with awkward (nearly trapezoidal) shapes, under the assumption that the charge balance is fully accomplished within each chain. Growth and Electrochemical Performance of Lead and Lead Oxide Nanowire Arrays as Electrodes for Lead-Acid Batteries

n this work, we present the growth and electrochemical performance of nanostructured lead and lead oxide electrodes for lead-acid batteries. The electrodes were obtained by template electrodeposition in polycarbonate membranes, acting as template. Electrochemical tests were conducted at constant current in 5M aqueous solution of sulphuric acid, after assembling nanostructured lead and lead oxide electrodes in a zero-gap configuration using a commercially available separator. The main advantages of these electrodes are the high specific energy and power density, and the wide surface area, about 70 times higher than the geometrical one.
