Purpose: To describe the distribution of intraocular pressure (IOP) and central corneal thickness (CCT) in an old French population. Methods: About 9000 individuals 65 years and older were included in the 3C cohort study since 1999 in 3 French cities (Bordeaux, Dijon and Montpellier). In Dijon, an additional ophthalmic examination was performed 10 years after the initial inclusions to assess the relation between systemic age-related diseases and eye diseases in the MONTRACHET Study (Maculopathy Optic Nerve nuTRition neurovAsCular and HEarT diseases). 14 pages; International audience; A very high-resolution carbon and oxygen stable isotope analysis (bulk-carbonate) of a biostratigraphically well-constrained Callovian-Oxfordian series is provided here for the first time. The homogeneity of the clayey series and the weak diagenetic alteration allow the isotopic signal variations to be considered as primary in origin. A prominent and brief negative excursion in the δ13C curve (−2‰), occurring at the start of the Middle Callovian (Jason Zone - Obductum Subzone) and correlated regionally, suggests a possible methane release. Badania społeczne prowadzone w krajach Unii Europejskiej, w tym w Polsce dowodzą, że rośnie popularność i znaczenie alternatywnych form życia rodzinnego i coraz mocniej ujawniają się niekorzystne zmiany demograficzne determinowane niechęcią młodych ludzi do posiadania większej liczby potomstwa lub w ogóle niechęcią do posiadania dzieci. W kraju ta sytuacja dotyczy przede wszystkim Opolszczyzny. Podtrzymuję zatem diagnozę dotyczącą przemian systemu wartości opolskiej młodzieży z 2007 r. i na podstawie wyników badań pilotażowych z 2014 r. formułuję uzupełniającą hipotezę, że być może mamy na Opolszczyźnie do czynienia z „pułapką niskiej dzietności” polegającą na ukształtowaniu nowych wzorców …
