The origin of street foods largely relies on the cultural and natural landscapes that surround the environments where they are prepared and sold. Evidence of the origin of specific spontaneous head turns during intertrial intervals.

Direction and the frequency of spontaneous head movements during the ITIs following forward and backward paired trials were compared to an acquisition of a conditioned orienting (alpha) response directed to the side of the tone source. The head movements were analyzed from video recordings using classification of head turns to preferred and to nonpreferred directions. The results showed a significant increase in the alpha responses during the forward paired conditioning to the preferred direction and rapid extinction during the subsequent backward conditioning sessions. We have computationally compared three Diels-Alder cycloadditions involving cyclopentadiene and substituted ethylenes; one of the reactions is synchronous, while the others are slightly or highly asynchronous. Synchronicity and weak asynchronicity are characterized by the reaction force constant κ(ξ) having just a single minimum in the transition region along the intrinsic reaction coordinate ξ, while for high asynchronicity κ(ξ) has a negative maximum with minima on both sides. Abstract We have studied the subcellular localization of pentachlorophenol 4-monooxygenase (PCP4MO) in Sphingobium chlorophenolicum ATCC 39723 during induction by pentachlorophenol (PCP). Using a monoclonal antibody CL6 specific to the native and recombinant PCP4MO, the enzyme was primarily found soluble as determined by immunoblot and ELISA analyses of cellular fractions. However, the enzyme was observed both in the soluble and membrane-bound forms during induction for 2–4 h, suggesting its translocation out from the cytoplasm. AbstractThe role of putative DNA-binding domains of human papillomavirus (HPV) capsid proteins for DNA encapsidation in vivo is still unknown. We have now analyzed mutants of the major capsid protein L1 of HPV type 33, which are defective for DNA binding, for their ability to encapsidate DNA using an in vivo packaging approach. Since the DNA-binding domain and the nuclear localization signal (NLS) of L1 overlap, both a carboxy-terminal deletion mutant (L1-1/470) and a substitution mutant (L1-1/477M9) were analyzed.
