The phase of building management has a strategic importance because of the necessary scheduling of maintenance during executive planning. Moreover, in order to obtain the greatest sustainability of the intervention, a reasonable duration of service life must be balanced with global quality-cost ratio. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) represent a key component in emerging distributed computing paradigms such as IoT, Ambient Intelligence, and Smart Cities. In these contexts, the difficulty of testing, verifying, and monitoring applications in their intended scenarios ranges from challenging to impractical. Current simulators can only be used to investigate correctness at source code level and with limited accuracy. Video indexing using optical flow field

The increasing development of advanced multimedia applications requires new technologies for organizing and retrieving by content databases of digital video. Several content based features (color, texture, motion, etc.) are needed to perform a reliable content based retrieval. We present a method for automatic motion based video indexing and retrieval. A prototypal system has been developed to prove the validity of our approach. Our system automatically splits a video into a sequence of shots, extracts a few representative frames (said r-frames) from each shot and computes some motion based features related to the optical flow field. L’art. 32 della legge n. 183/2010 ha sollevato molteplici questioni applicative legate alla sua infelice formulazione. Il saggio analizza il controverso perimetro applicativo del comma 4, lett. c) e d), inerenti rispettivamente la cessione del contratto di lavoro avvenuta ai sensi dell’art. 2112 c.c. e i casi in cui si chieda la costituzione o l’accertamento di un rapporto di lavoro in capo a un soggetto diverso dal titolare del contratto. L’Autore fornisce le coordinate per una corretta interpretazione, opportunamente restrittiva, delle previsioni decadenziali alla luce del dato letterale e del diritto dell’Unione europea.
