Weight-loss programs are often based on self-control techniques and they commonly fail in long-term weight management. Identifying psychological processes that explain eating behaviors can help to develop more effective interventions for long-term weight management. This research examined how behavioral and psychological flexibility are related to eating regulation and weight management in overweight adults. Maģistra darba mērķis ir iegūt izpratni par krievvalodīgo latviešu tūkstošgades paaudzes pārstāvju identitātes komunikāciju plašākas sabiedrības kontekstā. Centrālais teorētiskais ietvars – koda maiņa ikdienas valodnieciskajā praksē noteiktās identitātes projicēšanai. Darba empīriskajā daļā veikta autora refleksijas, strukturētās intervijas ar mērķa grupas pārstāvjiem un to sociālo tīklu komunikācijas kontentanalīze. Iegūto datu analīze liecina ka krievvalodīgie latvieši lingvistiski ir asimilējušies Latvijas sabiedrībā un konstruē jaunu sociālo identitātes grupu “krievvalodīgie latvieši”. Latvijas apdrošināšanas tirgū ir apdrošināšanas kompāniju pārblīvējums, kā rezultātā ir augsta konkurence un daļa no vadošajiem apdrošinātājiem strādā ar zaudējumiem.Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz AAS “BALTA” un vadošo Latvijas apdrošinātāju darbības datu analīzes pamata, identificēt AAS “BALTA” zaudējumu nesošos posmus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tiek pētīta Latvijas likumdošana, analizēta AAS “BALTA” struktūra, riska vadība un administratīvo izdevumu sadaļa. Autors secina, ka AAS “BALTA” pilnveidojot struktūru, investējot IT un pārskatot darbinieku darba uzdevumus var sasniegt peļņu, nemainot pakalpojuma izcenojumus.
