Comparison of non-Markovianity criteria in a qubit system under random external fields

We give the map representing the evolution of a qubit under the action of non-dissipative random external fields. From this map we construct the corresponding master equation that in turn allows us to phenomenologically introduce population damping of the qubit system. We then compare, in this system, the time-regions when non-Markovianity is present on the basis of different criteria both for the non-dissipative and dissipative case. We show that the adopted criteria agree both in the non-dissipative case and in the presence of population damping.

A novel self-balanced internal combustion engine is presented. The new engine has a modular structure composed of two cylinders arranged in opposite way. It is characterized by an innovative system of linking between the pistons and the shaft, which has three toggles. One of these is on the middle of the shaft, whereas the others two are placed symmetrically. Thanks to this particular shape of the shaft, the pistons can rotate with the same timing and so the new engine comes back to be perfectly auto-balanced. Tutkimukseni tavoitteena on selvittää, minkälaisia erityistarpeita kielellisten oppimisvaikeuksien kanssa elävillä lapsilla ja nuorilla on sanataiteessa ja miten sanataideopetuksessa voitaisiin parhaiten vastata näihin tarpeisiin. Tutkimuskohteeni on Vantaan sanataidekoulussa kokoontuva erityistä kielellistä tukea tarvitsevien lasten sana- taideryhmä, jonka toimintaa havainnoin kevätlukukaudella 2017. The purpose of the present study was to compare the changes in anthropometric measures and muscle performance in users and non-users of androgenic anabolic steroids (AAS) performing resistance training (RT) programmes involving only multiple joint (MJ) exercises or a combination of MJ and single joint (SJ) exercises. Obiettivo: È stata analizzata la possibile relazione, su un campione della popolazione siciliana, tra il grado di familiarità al diabete di tipo 2, i parametri antropometrici ed alcuni test di forza specifica. Materiali e metodi: In modalità random sono stati selezionati 88 uomini e 27 donne, distinti in FH- (assenza di familiarità per il diabete di tipo 2), FH+ (con un componente in linea indiretta con la malattia) ed FH++ (con un genitore affetto dalla malattia). Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli kuvata työpaikkakiusaamisen kokemus esimiehen kiusatessa alaistaan. Työpaikkakiusaamisen kokemuksen ilmiön ymmärrettiin tässä tutkimuksessa todentuvan tajunnallisina merkityssuhteina. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli fenomenologisen tutkimusorientaation avulla kuvata koetun kiusaamisen kokonaisuutta, ja etsiä aineistolähtöisesti tutkimushenkilöiden sellaisia työpaikkakiusaamiseen liittämiä merkityksiä, jotka olivat yleisiä, yhteisesti koettuja.
