Numerical analysis of composite plates with multiple delaminations subjected to uniaxial buckling load

Abstract In this paper the buckling and post-buckling behaviour of unidirectional and cross-ply composite laminated plates with multiple delaminations has been studied. Finite elements analyses have been performed, using a linear buckling model, based on the solution of the eigenvalues problem, and a non-linear one, based on an incremental-iterative method. With non-linear method large displacements have been taken into account and also contact constraints between sublaminates have been added to avoid their interpenetration. Effects of protein supplementation in fitness world: A 12-week cross-over studio

The aim of this project was to evaluate the effect of isolated protein supplementation in young amateur athletes. Sixteen subjects aged between 20 and 30 were recruited for this study. Before to start sports performance was assessed at T0, in all subjects, using physical performance test and evaluated body composition. Therefore, the subjects were randomly assigned in two groups (group A and B) of 8 subjects each. The group A start to intake 30 g of protein powder diluted in water after each training session (3 times a week) for six weeks (T0) whilst the group B was the placebo. Abstract The paper presents a methodology aimed at the improvement of the product development cycle through the integration of Computer-Aided Innovation (CAI) with Optimization and PLM systems. B-parameters for ΔS=2 supersymmetric operators

We present a calculation of the matrix elements of the most general set of DeltaS=2 dimension-six four-fermion operators. The values of the matrix elements are given in terms of the corresponding B-parameters. Our results can be used in many phenomenological applications, since the operators considered here give important contributions to K^0--K^0bar mixing in several extensions of the Standard Model (supersymmetry, left-right symmetric models, multi-Higgs models etc.). The determination of the matrix elements improves the accuracy of the phenomenological analyses intended to put bounds on basic parameters of the different models, as for example the pattern of the sfermion mass matrices. We consider the quantum Liouville equation and give a characterization of the solutions which satisfy the Heisenberg uncertainty relation. We analyze three cases. Initially we consider a particular solution of the quantum Liouville equation: the Wigner transformf(x,v,t) of a generic solutionψ(x;t) of the Schrödinger equation. We give a representation ofψ(x,t) by the Hermite functions.
