Administracyjnoprawny status muzealiów w hiszpańskim porządku prawnym

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę statusu administracyjnego muzealiów w hiszpańskim systemie prawnym. Przedstawiono założenia ustawy o hiszpańskim dziedzictwie historycznym z 1985 r., która reguluje status dóbr kultury BIC (bienes de interés cultural) – zarówno ruchomości, jak i nieruchomości – oraz poziomy ochrony w zależności od kategorii. Omówiono procedurę nadawania statusu BIC i systemy katalogowania dóbr kultury. System ochrony dóbr kultury w Hiszpanii jest mocno zdecentralizowany, co dotyczy również funkcjonowania muzeów. The objective of this paper is to analyse the transformations in the field of museums in Poland, and to study more closely the process of constructing a museum model that meets contemporary challenges. Two types of museums are analysed here, namely national museums and museums of modern art, to demonstrate how their respective activities affect the structure of the field in question, bringing about change. Celem artykułu jest analiza znaczenia muzeum dla społeczności lokalnej. Omawiam okoliczności, jakie wpłynęły na zmianę funkcjonowania muzeów (warunki społeczno-kulturowe, koncepcje teoretyczne, krytykę artystyczną). Przeobrażeniu stopniowo ulega misja muzeów - priorytetem nie jest jedynie kolekcja i jej ochrona, ale również, a może przede wszystkim, służba społeczeństwu i udział w zmianie społecznej. Zadania te znajdują odzwierciedlenie w zasadach nowej etyki muzeów, która w centrum działania tych placówek stawia ich odpowiedzialność społeczną. It draws attention to the development of new trends related to the conservation and documentation of that heritage.
