Un’autobiografia in forma di curriculum. “Asterusher” di Michele Mari

A recent expanded edition of the book Asterusher by Michele Mari (2015 and 2019) suggests some reflections on the completeness of autobiographical discourse. The composition of the autobiographical phototext, with a systematic tripartite form and inspired by the tradition of the emblem, is identical in the two versions. The addition of some pages has not changed the original structure of the volume but asks questions about the possibilities of revision and/or completion of an autobiographical narrative, about the possibilities of rewriting an autobiography in the form of a diary, almost like a “curriculum” with continuous updating.

Restoration cases with hydrophytes (those which develop all their vital functions inside the water or very close to the water surface, e.g., flowering) are less abundant compared to those using emergent plants. Here, I synthesize the latest knowledge in wetland restoration based on revegetation with hydrophytes and stress common challenges and potential solutions. The review mainly focusses on natural wetlands but also includes information about naturalized constructed wetlands, which nowadays are being used not only to improve water quality but also to increase biodiversity. Drainage inlets efficiency and its impact on pluvial flooding hazard evaluation uncertainty

Flooding events in urban areas occur quite frequently as a consequence of rain events of lower intensity than the design one, even in case of correct network dimensioning. Inlets are in those cases the critical nodes, and efficient drainage is only ensured when care is taken on their appropriate design and positioning within the pluvial flood-prone areas. Classical approach for design and position of these hydraulic structures can result in high level of uncertainty in defining properly risk levels in urban areas. La sentenza della Cassazione 23 marzo 2017 n. 7551 ribadisce il principio che la natura demaniale marittima di un terreno non può essere esclusa se non in forza di un provvedimento amministrativo. Non può pertanto il giudice sostituirsi all’amministrazione in tale valutazione discrezionale. The judgment of the Supreme Court (n° 7551/2017) reiterates the principle according to which the public maritime nature of an area can not be excluded except by virtue of an administrative decision. Therefore, the judge can not substitute the administration for this discretionary assessment.
