Tutkimustehtävänä minulla on ollut selvittää, miten vastaajat toimisivat opettajina tilanteessa, jossa he epäilevät lapsen kokevan tai näkevän väkivaltaa kotonaan? Tavoitteenani on ollut tuoda esille niitä toimintatapoja ja -mahdollisuuksia, joita vastaajien käsityksen mukaan opettajilla on väkivallan ilmitullessa ja mikä opettajia mahdollisesti estää toimimasta. Olin kiinnostunut myös siitä, miten lasten kotonaan kokema väkivalta kohdataan koulussa ja miten lapsen kokemaa väkivaltaa käsitellään opettajankoulutuksessa. Pro Gradu – tutkielmassa tarkastellaan lähisuhdeväkivaltaa sellaisissa perheissä, joiden vanhemmilla on päihdeongelma. Tutkimuksen kohteena on lähisuhdeväkivallalle kotonaan altistuneiden lasten ja nuorten toimijuus. Aikaisempi kotimainen tutkimus liittyen lasten toimijuuteen väkivallan yhteydessä on vähäistä. Tässä tutkielmassa haluttiin nostaa esiin lasten ja nuorten toimijuuden kokonaisuus heidän eläessään perheessä, jossa esiintyy alkoholisidonnaista lähisuhdeväkivaltaa. One of the main challenges faced by physical therapy (PT) students is to learn the practical skills involved in neurological physical therapy (PT). To help them to acquire these skills, a set of rubrics were designed for formative purposes. This paper presents the process followed in the creation of these rubrics and their application in the classroom, noting that students perceived them as valid, reliable, and highly useful for learning.
