Getting married or entering into a partnership : the patrimonial issues of choice in french law

In French law, there are only two models of couples between which a choice is really possible to organize their patrimonial relationships: partnership or marriage. But, if the couple intends to organize a transfer of assets between companions both during the union and in case of death, it is definitely marriage that offers more possibilities than partnership. Often, young French couples, who do not wish to marry, either not at the begining of their relationship or not at all, have the idea that, if marriage organizes a legal protection of the couple, the partners have the possibility to provide conventionally equivalent protection. In fact, this idea is wrong.

Patients' and physicians' preferences for type 2 diabetes mellitus treatments in Spain and Portugal: a discrete choice experiment.

Objective: To assess Spanish and Portuguese patients' and physicians' preferences regarding type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) treatments and the monthly willingness to pay (WTP) to gain benefits or avoid side effects. Methods: An observational, multicenter, exploratory study focused on routine clinical practice in Spain and Portugal. Physicians were recruited from multiple hospitals and outpatient clinics, while patients were recruited from eleven centers operating in the public health care system in different autonomous communities in Spain and Portugal. A comprehensive analysis of vaulted bodies involves the study of the multiple components necessary for their definition: geometric configuration construction system historical-geographical area of belonging interpretations Stylistic. The alpha-secretase cleaves in the non-amyloidogenic pathway the amyloid-beta protein precursor (AbetaPP) within the region of the amyloid-beta peptides to prevent their formation and aggregation in the brain. Members of the ADAM family (a disintegrin and metalloprotease) are the main candidates for physiologically relevant alpha-secretases. We recently demonstrated that overexpression of ADAM10 in mice transgenic for human AbetaPP (ADAM10 x APP[V717I]) alleviated functional deficits related to Alzheimer's disease.
