Estudis previs han mostrat el potencial de les teràpies basades en l’activació del sistema de neurones mirall, concretament les teràpies de marxa virtual (MV) en persones amb afectació del sistema nerviós central (SNC). Malgrat això, aquestes teràpies no han estat estudiades com a potenciador de l’exercici terapèutic (ET) utilitzat com a rehabilitació usual sobre persones amb LM incompleta. Bakalaura darba tēma: Trīs gadus vecu bērnu runas attīstība pirkstu rotaļās. Viena no aktuālākajām problēmām mūsdienās ir pieaugušā iniciatīvas trūkums saskarsmē ar bērnu. Bērns nesaņem pietiekami daudz uzmanības no pieaugušā. Pieaugušais ikdienas gaitās izvirza citas prioritātes, bieži vien bērnu atstājot novārtā. Tā rezultātā tiek kavēta bērna vispārīgā (tajā skaitā runas) attīstība. Šī problēma var radīt negatīvu iespaidu uz turpmāko socializācijas procesu. Background Menopausal transition exposes women to an early decline in muscle force and motor function. Changes in muscle quality and function, especially in lower limbs, are crucial, as they expose individuals to increased risk of falls. To elucidate some of the related neuromuscular mechanisms, we investigated cortical inhibition and peripheral muscle twitch force potentiation in women during the early and late stages of perimenopause. Face and Content Validity of the Pictorial Scale of Perceived Water Competence in Young Children

An international group of experts have developed a pictorial tool to measure perceived water competence for children aged from 5 to 8 years old: the Pictorial Scale of Perceived Water Competence (PSPWC). The aim of the present study was to verify the validity of this tool. In the first part of the study, 120 children were interviewed to investigate face validity of the PSPWC to ensure that all pictorial items were understandable. The adoption of virtual synchronous machine (VSM) schemes for the control of power converters is gaining more and more attention both in academia and industry. Sensitivity Analysis and Frequency Dynamics of Grid-Connected Converters with Virtual Inertia

For the participation in the frequency control of the system, power converters can be controlled with different strategies and methods, sharing the common concept of virtual inertia capability. In this work, a sensitivity analysis of two main categories of converter controls with virtual inertia is presented. The considered schemes are a grid-following current vector control with additional virtual inertia block and a grid-forming control scheme based on virtual synchronous machine concept.
