This work introduces a Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol designed to allow a group of underwater robots that share a wireless communication channel to effectively communicate with each other. The goal of the Underwater Multirobot Cooperative Intervention MAC (UMCI-MAC) protocol presented in this work is to minimize the end to end delay and the jitter. The access to the medium in UMCI-MAC follows a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) strategy which is arbitrated by a master, which also has the capability to prioritize the transmission of some nodes over the rest of the network. Psychological contract profiles among permanent and temporary agency workers

Purpose– Based on the psychological contract (PC) theory, the purpose of this paper is to identify PC profiles, differentiating between permanent and temporary agency workers (TAW). Moreover, the authors analyzed whether different profiles presented different levels of work engagement.Design/methodology/approach– A cross-sectional survey data analysis of 2,867 workers, of whom 1,046 were TAW, was analyzed using latent profile analyses.Findings– Four PC profiles were identified, which differed quantitatively in terms of the overall dimension levels (i.e. balanced, relational and transactional) for PC (i.e. content and fulfillment). W artykule zostanie przeprowadzona analiza statusu prawnego wyodrębnionych kościelnych jednostek organizacyjnych, o których mowa w art. 12 Ustawy z dnia 17 maja 1989 r. o stosunku państwa do Kościoła katolickiego w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, uznanych przez właściwego miejscowo dyrektora izby administracji skarbowej za odrębne podmioty podatkowe. Bakalaura darbā “Sičuaņ as operas nozīme Ķīnas teātra un operas kultūras vēsturē” tiek pētīts viena no mazāk zināmajiem ķīniešu reģionālās operas žanriem - Sičuaņ as opera 川剧. Sičuaņas opera ir nacionālais nemateriālais kultūras mantojums un tradicionālā tautas māksla, kura pulcē galvenokārt Sičuaņas un Čuncjinas iedzīvotājus. Jau Tan dinastijas laikā bija teiciens, ka “Šu opera ir visas pasaules kronis” (ši sji guaņ tiaņ sja 蜀戏冠天下). Bakalaura darbā mērķis ir aprakstīt operas vēsturi, mūzikas specifiku, maskas izmaiņas stilu, ka arī Sičuaņas operas izmaiņas laika gaitā un loma Ķīnas skatuves mākslā. Darbs sastāv no trīm nodaļām. Nonconstructive proofs are a powerful mechanism in mathematics. Furthermore, nonconstructive computations by various types of machines and automata have been considered by e.g., Karp and Lipton [17] and Freivalds [11].
