Abstract Our proposal raises the urgency to include the defense of sexual diversity in the curriculum of Art Education. We provide visibility mechanisms to sexual minorities in personal and social order, and propose an approach to the subject, especially in training teachers. ¿Pueden ser analizadas las fallas de Valencia con el concepto de campo artístico de Pierre Bourdieu? Esta cuestión ha sido abordada otras veces, pero ha obtenido una respuesta axiomática, considerando sólo su vertiente artística. Sin embargo, entendemos que, a diferencia de los campos artísticos modernos, en las Fallas y otras fiestas tradicionales no podemos constatar una dinámica de autonomización social ni una dinámica de oposición entre arte burgués y arte puro o la sustitución de vanguardias. About some psychological variables correlated with dogmatism

The relationships between dogmatism and some perceptual-cognitive, personality, and attitudinal indices were investigated for 40 men and 40 women. Dogmatism scores correlated negatively with the scores in Witkin's Group Embedded Figures Test and on the Flexibility scale from Gough's California Psychological Inventory. Correlations were positive for a favorable attitude towards concepts like Discipline, Obedience, Social order, measured by the semantic differential. Some incongruities between obtained data and Rokeach's (1960) findings are pointed out.

What keeps young adults in permanent poverty? A comparative analysis using ECHP

Abstract Previous studies suggest that there are strong differences in the rates of youth poverty across European countries. Rather surprisingly, it is found to be high in Scandinavian countries, and relatively speaking, lower in Mediterranean and Anglo-Saxon countries. This somewhat unexpected finding prompts the question whether the incidence of poverty is an appropriate measure of youth disadvantage. Instead of considering poverty rates we consider the length of recorded poverty spells, taking into account explicitly the temporal sequencing of the episodes of poverty. A method to transform a nonlocal model into a gradient one within elasticity and plasticity

Abstract A method based on the principle of the virtual power (PVP) is presented, by which a mechanical problem of nonlocal elasticity, or plasticity, is transformed into one of gradient nature. Different Taylor series expansion techniques are applied to the driving local strain fields of the nonlocal problem, either full spatial expansion within the bulk volume, or uni-directional expansion along the normal to the thin boundary layer. The mechanism of the exequatur of ecclesiastical sentences of matrimonial nullity provided for by the Agreement of Villa Madama has been subject for several years to an increasingly severe limitation of its operation, which blurs the sense, value and scope of its specialty. This is mainly due to an escalation in the pervasiveness of the control of substantive public order, simply unimaginable in 1984. The reference to Carlo F.
