The literature has proposed ways to modularize information-technology-enabled services (ITeS) with limited success. We argue that applying design principles (DPs) can address this gap and revitalize the service modularization literature. With a qualitative research study, we develop exemplar DPs and a set of prioritized DPs for ITeS. We contribute to the literature by demonstrating how complex service systems, specifically ITeS, can be modularly designed. In the realm of wartime history, a little real analysis has been done on the implications of total war in Sicily. Indeed, World War II transformed the relationship between fascist regime and society. Moreover, there are few studies on reorganization of the connections between local institutions and fascist government. Civilians have been most involved in this process. In this article, I will mainly adopt the perspective of civilians to reconstruct how war led to these transformations. Kuluttajan sijaintitiedon hyödyntäminen mainonnassa on todettu tehokkaaksi tavaksi hoitaa markkinointikommunikaatio asiakkaisiin. Tämä kirjallisuuskatsauksena toteutettu tutkielma käsittelee sijaintiin perustuvan mainonnan piirteitä sekä määrittelee minkälainen sijaintiin perustuva mainonta vastaa kuluttajan tarpeita. Tutkielmassa käsitellään myös mobiililaitteiden roolia mainonnan välittämisessä. Tutkimustuloksena todettiin mobiililaitteiden soveltuvan hyvin sijaintiin perustuvan mainonnan toteuttamiseen niissä olevien ominaisuuksien ansiosta. In the past centuries, the plain surrounding the city of Palermo saw the construction of tens of suburban manor houses, called villas, which were referred to as “places of delight” for the amenities they offered during the good season. These architectural machines were built by aristocrats to make living in the countryside more pleasant and to exhibit their families’ richness and power. Se analiza el registro del género Parabailiella Thoral, 1946 en el Cámbrico medio de las Cadenas Ibéricas, al tiempo que se identifican y describen por primera vez en la región las cuatro especies que previamente se habían incluido en este género. La mayoría de las especies se encuentran registradas en varias secciones y las cuatro se han identificado en la sección Jarque 1. La distribución bioestratigráfica del género abarca desde el Leoniense medio hasta la base del Caesaraugustiense superior, lo que equivale en la escala propuesta por la International Subcommission on Cambrian Stratigraphy (ISCS) a la mayor parte del Piso 5 del Cámbrico y a la parte inferior del Piso Drumiense.
