Pretēji sākotnējai interpretācijai, kas uzsvēra Eiropas Savienības pilsoņa fundamentālo statusu , tiesības vienlīdzīgi piekļūt sociālajai palīdzībai tiek pakļautas striktiem likumīgas uzturēšanās nosacījumiem, tādējādi izdarot atkāpi no vienlīdzīgas attieksmes. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt brīvas fizisko personu kustības saturu, uzsverot tiesības uz tādām pašām tiesībām kā uzņemošās dalībvalsts pilsoņiem. No šīs izpētes secināt problemātiku un iespējamo risinājumu. Analizējot Eiropas Savienības Tiesas judikatūru un jaunākās tiesību zinātnieku atziņas, tiek secināts, ka šādu likumīgas uzturēšanās nosacījumu uzsvēršana ir efektīvs līdzeklis, kā samazināt sociālo tūrismu.

The aim of the study was to examine the factors related to teachers’ stress and well-being at work, and how teachers’ occupational well-being is associated with the pedagogical quality of their work in the classroom. Moreover, we investigated the factors related to teachers’ work engagement and recovery from work. Potenti “commutatori territoriali”, i waterfront urbani sono dispositivi in grado di intercettare e trasferire al contesto urbano in cui si inseriscono le energie materiali e immateriali che le grandi reti infrastrutturali di cui sono terminali veicolano, traducendole in risorse ed economie territoriali. In base a questa idea-guida la rigenerazione del waterfront di Palermo, parte di un più ampio programma innovativo “Porti&Stazioni”, finanziato dal Ministero delle Infrastrutture, trova nel nuovo Piano regolatore portuale uno strumento capace di integrare e facilitare entro un quadro di coerenza generale le riflessioni e le visioni progettuali sul rapporto tra la città ed il suo mare.

The Paper aims to contribute to reflection on the peculiarities of the cases of functional and morphological regeneration of the waterfront historic European cities. Since the identification of a range of issues common to these types of projects, some interventions are analyzed and characterized by approaches different outcomes. The domes, vaulted and flat ceilings and also the partition walls built with wood and reeds had a particular diffusion from the XVII century, in Palermo as well as in other countries of Sicily, in many regions of Italy and in the whole Europe. Los análisis de uso-desgaste son muy útiles para aumentar el conocimiento sobre las dinámicas económicas y de subsistencia llevadas a cabo por los neandertales. En términos generales, los resultados funcionales provienen tradicionalmente del análisis de herramientas pertenecientes a unidades estratigráficas cuya escala temporal se refiere al tiempo geológico. Esto se debe a que muchos yacimientos neandertales son palimpsestos de ocupaciones reiteradas a lo largo del tiempo, que deben ser diseccionadas para acercarnos a la escala temporal humana.
