Southwestern Sicily is an area of infrequent seismic activity; however, some studies carried out in the archaeological Selinunte site suggest that, between the fourth century BC and the early Middle Ages, probably at least two earthquakes strucked this area with enough energy to damage and cause the collapse and kinematics of much of the architecture of Selinunte. [Abstract] Reduced plantar foot sensation, postural instability, and gait difficulties are characteristic of Parkinson´s disease patients. A systematic review was carried out to determine the effect of the different types of insoles and shoes in these patients. Several databases were used to search for relevant articles reporting Parkinson´s disease patients undergoing treatment with any type of insole and footwear. This work aims at developing a demand-based methodology for designing the bus network of a small or medium town. The proposed modelling tool adopts a multi-agent objective function which evaluates performance in the context of different stakeholders: the surplus of travellers (car and bus users); the bus service provider’s revenues and operation costs. This approach was applied to an existing bus network, serving city of Trapani, which is a medium town in the south of Italy (Sicily), with 100000 inhabitants. ABSTRACT Charipinae Dalla Torre & Kieffer, 1910 material collected during the ATBI of the Mercantour National Park in the Alpes-Maritimes (France) has been studied. Based on the study of 362 specimens, 35 species in four genera have been identified from: 23 Alloxysta Forster, 1869; 10 Phaenoglyphis Forster, 1869; one Apocharips Fergusson, 1986 and one Dilyta Forster, 1869. Sixteen species of Dematiaceous Hyphomycetes were found and described on litter of Mediterranean maquis at Circeo National Park; three of them are proposed as new species: Dictyochaeta cicei, Circinotrichum mediterraneum and Penzigomyces ilicis.

Situado en el territorium de Ilici, en el paraje de El Clot de Galvany (Elx), junto a un humedal de tierras pobres, presentamos una granja romana (ss. I-III d.C.). Su posición periférica respecto al área centuriada ilicitana, los restos materiales aparecidos (molinos, ausencia de estructuras de transformación, aislamiento relativo) y la gran simplicidad estructural y funcional del conjunto remarcan el carácter autosuficiente de este núcleo. El área arqueológica tras la época romana queda deshabitada y sólo volvió a frecuentarse a partir del s.
