After the studying the original material of Orobanche centaurina Bertol. (Orobanchaceae) deposited in BOLO, a forgotten species described from Massa (Central Italy) parasitizing Centaurea paniculata L., and compared it with the type of O. kochii F.W. Schultz and with the types of others taxa actually considered synonyms of this, we concluded that the name of Bertoloni is the correct one for this species. Our paper addresses the relevance of a set of continuous and categorical variables that describe industry characteristics to differences in performance between foreign versus locally owned companies in industries with dissimilar levels of technological intensity. The aim of this research is to test the psychometric properties and relationships of a model where, from brand congruence of a sport event, trust and commitment to it can be generated, influencing future behavior of participants and resulting in a higher recommendation also called Word of Mouth (hereinafter WOM). A quantitative approach has been carried out by means of a validated questionnaire with Likert-type responses, and data were analyzed with the EQS 6.4 software. Assessing the changing parameters of water quality at different points in the river–reservoir system can help prevent river pollution and implement remedial policies. W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania widłaczka torfowego Lycopodiella inundata (L.) Holub oraz opisano nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych na Śląsku. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. W trakcie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzony został na tym obszarze na 8 stanowiskach. Zagrożeniem dla taksonu na Śląsku, jak i w Europie jest postępująca sukcesja roślinności na stanowiskach.

W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania żabieńca trawolistnego Alisma gramineum Lej. oraz omówiono nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych południowo-zachodniej Polski. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. Większość z około 120 dotychczas znanych jego stanowisk pochodzi z XIX lub pierwszej połowy XX w. Obecnie gatunek ten znany jest z około 30 stanowisk, z czego 2 znajdują się w południowo-zachodniej Polsce. W trakcie obecnych badań stwierdzony został na tym obszarze w stawach hodowlanych na 5 nowych stanowiskach – 3 znajdują się na Dolnym Śląsku, a 2 na Śląsku Opolskim.
