Obowiązek stałej aktualizacji wiedzy pielęgniarek i położnych reguluje ustawa o zawodzie pielęgniarki i położnej oraz kodeks etyki. Okręgowa Izba Pielęgniarek i Położnych w Katowicach, jako organizator kształcenia podyplomowego, prowadząc wszystkie rodzaje kształcenia, przeszkoliła dotąd ponad 50 tysięcy uprawnionych osób. Celem pracy było dokonanie ewaluacji podjętych działań, w oparciu o materiały korporacyjne z lat 2000-2017. Przedstawione wyniki, w ujęciu ilościowym, obrazują poziom realnego zainteresowania kursami specjalistycznymi oraz kwalifikacyjnymi, a także źródła ich finansowania.

This paper investigates whether threshold effects exist in the relationship between dollar-euro real exchange rate and real interest differential, over the period January 1984 to December 2004. We specify a three-regime threshold model and the results provide evidence that there is no threshold effect in the short term, but the nonlinear behaviour of real exchange rate implies threshold effect in the long term. On the other hand, the nonlinearity into the behaviour of real exchange rates can be modelled by a Band-TAR which implies a symmetric response to the real interest differential outside the bank. Learning can be detrimental for a parasitic wasp

Animals have evolved the capacity to learn, and the conventional view is that learning allows individuals to improve foraging decisions. The parasitoid Telenomus podisi has been shown to parasitize eggs of the exotic stink bug Halyomorpha halys at the same rate as eggs of its coevolved host, Podisus maculiventris, but the parasitoid cannot complete its development in the exotic species. We hypothesized that T. podisi learns to exploit cues from this non-coevolved species, thereby increasing unsuccessful parasitism rates. This paper is dedicated to the defence of the variant "Polidarius" (and not the correction in the vulgate "Podalirius") that occurs in all the manuscripts of Henry of Septimello's «Elegia» (book IV, line 209). "Polidarius", however, has many attestations in Medieval Troy literary tradition (Joseph of Exeter, Benoît de Sainte-Maure, Guido delle Colonne) and is an alternative, correct and good name for the famous mythical doctor, son of Asclepius and brother of Machaon.

En este artículo nos centramos en la figura del marabout al descubrir su relevancia en la sociedad senegalesa en el transcurso de un proyecto que emprendimos en Senegal para conocer sobre el terreno los distintos aspectos del impacto de la emigración en un país de origen como éste que aporta un alto contingente de inmigrantes a España. La investigación principal analizaba las causas que generan la emigración y los modos en que ésta se realiza y ha concluido con la publicación de un libro, pero al margen de ésta, nos dimos cuenta de que había un personaje, el marabout, cuyas múltiples facetas vertebraban en cierta manera el fenómeno de la migración. Vicente.Raga@uv.es En este artículo pretendo realizar un breve análisis crítico de la noción de poder en la obra de Foucault, con especial atención a las lecciones impartidas por el autor en el Collegè de France en 1976, recogidas en castellano en un libro, Hay que defender la sociedad. En primer lugar delimitaré los rasgos principales de la noción del poder en Foucault, al hilo del contraste con la teoría de la soberanía, ejemplificada en Hobbes. En segundo lugar, propondré una relectura “forzada” de los textos hobbesianos, tratando de mostrar su cercanía al autor francés. Por último, mediante una lectura que, de nuevo, “forzaría” a Hobbes, expondré alguno de los problemas que ambos autore…
