En la epistemología moderna, fuertemente condicionada por el modelo axiomático de la matemática, cobra singular relevancia el problema de la fundamentación del conocimiento, que llega a convertirse en uno de los ejes principales de la polémica entre el escepticismo filosófico y sus detractores. Maģistra darba nosaukums ir ”Brīdis, ar kuru Satversmes tiesā apstrīdētā norma (akts) zaudē savu spēku”. Mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt Latvijas konstitucionālajā tiesā par prettiesisku atzītu normu spēku laikā, bet uzdevumi: aplūkot tiesību normas un metodoloģiju, kas tiesai jāievēro šī jautājuma izlemšanā; konstatēt tiesiskā regulējuma (prakses) nepilnības un formulēt priekšlikumus to novēršanai. Pētījums sastāv no 5 nodaļām, un tajā galvenokārt analizēta līdzšinējā Satversmes tiesas prakse. Darbā izmantota analītiskā, deduktīvā, induktīvā un salīdzinošā pētniecības metode. Objektīvās izmeklēšanas principa pamatā ir ideja, ka procesā iesaistīto pušu starpā pastāv faktiskā nevienlīdzība, kuru ir iespējams līdzsvarot ar tiesas aktīvu līdzdalību procesa ietvaros. Šāds procesuāls princips Latvijas tiesību sistēmā ir pozitivizēts īstenošanai tikai administratīvā procesa tiesā ietvaros. Izvērtējot Satversmes tiesas specializēto kompetenci, pirmšķietami varētu šķist, ka Satversmes tiesas procesa ietvaros nav nepieciešamība īstenot objektīvās izmeklēšanas principu. The purpose of this study was to explore the 3D printing process of fine-grained soils with a geomechanichal approach. In particular, identifying the factors (including geomechanical characteristics of the soil, geometry of the problem, and 3D printer settings) that influence the behavior of 3D printed samples. We discuss the extension of some fundamental results in nonlinear analysis to the setting of ${0}_{\sigma }$ -complete metric-like spaces. Then, we show that these extensions can be obtained via the corresponding results in standard metric spaces.
