Maģistra darbā ar nosaukumu „Saprātīgs termiņš kriminālprocesā kā cilvēktiesību princips” tiks analizēta saprātīga termiņa nozīme un izpratne kriminālprocesā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot saprātīga termiņa principa regulējumu likumā, to piemērošanu Latvijas tiesību sistēmā un citas valstīs. Analizēt normatīvus aktus, tiesu praksi, Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesas nolēmumus, lai noskaidrotu saprātīga termiņa kritērijus, ko Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesa ir izvirzījusi valstīm. Bakalaura darbā tiek aplūkots jautājums par “vadītāja apliecību tūrismu” Eiropas Savienībā, tā iemesliem, veidiem un veicinošajiem faktoriem. Darba ietvaros tiek analizēts kā ES pieņemtā Direktīva 2006/126 ierobežo “vadītāja apliecību tūrisma” gadījumus Eiropas Savienībā, ar mērķi noskaidrot, vai Direktīva 2006/126 novērš dalībvalstīs pastāvošo regulējumu atšķirības, kuru dēļ tiek veicināts vadītāja apliecību tūrisms. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek konstatēti galvenie trūkumi regulējumā par vadītāja apliecībām, kas pieļauj vadītāja apliecību tūrisma gadījumus. In many continental legal systems it was often problematic to grant a security right to an entity separate from the holder(s) of the secured receivables. Such arrangement was especially desired by the parties in complex lending structures with many creditors. To solve this problem various legal solutions have been created in different countries. In Poland and in France the special institution of a security agent has been introduced. Aim of this article is to compare those two regulations. The literature has proposed ways to modularize information-technology-enabled services (ITeS) with limited success. We argue that applying design principles (DPs) can address this gap and revitalize the service modularization literature. With a qualitative research study, we develop exemplar DPs and a set of prioritized DPs for ITeS. We contribute to the literature by demonstrating how complex service systems, specifically ITeS, can be modularly designed. The determination of silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) with single-particle inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can be severely interfered with coexisting dissolved silver causing high background signals, which can lead to inaccurate quantification of NP size and particle concentration. Singular (p, q)-equations with superlinear reaction and concave boundary condition

We consider a parametric nonlinear elliptic problem driven by the sum of a p-Laplacian and of a q-Laplacian (a (Formula presented.) -equation) with a singular and (Formula presented.) -superlinear reaction and a Robin boundary condition with (Formula presented.) -sublinear boundary term (Formula presented.). So, the problem has the combined effects of singular, concave and convex terms. We look for positive solutions and prove a bifurcation-type theorem describing the changes in the set of positive solutions as the parameter varies.
