• Este documento presenta las conclusiones de las Jornadas organizadas por la ERI-Lectura sobre Lectura Fácil. Las presentamos en relación con los Textos, el Lector y el Contexto y, finalmente, proponemos unas conclusiones transversales a estos tres elementos. Desde su concepción, el grupo de investigación de la ERI-Lectura ha diseñado las Jornadas guiado por la idea de que la LECTURA FÁCIL contribuye a cumplir el artículo 9 de la Convención de los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad de la ONU, sobre la accesibilidad al texto escrito y, en sentido amplio, a la accesibilidad cognitiva. Time, space and numbers are closely linked in the physical world. However, the relativistic-like effects on time perception of spatial and magnitude factors remain poorly investigated. Here we wanted to investigate whether duration judgments of digit visual stimuli are biased depending on the side of space where the stimuli are presented and on the magnitude of the stimulus itself. Different groups of healthy subjects performed duration judgment tasks on various types of visual stimuli. The paper proposes a reflection on the meaning of the construct "organizational well- being", starting from the definitions given by the psychologists of work, indicating the need to contextualize its framing within broader horizons of meaning that make it more widely intelligible social, political and economic determinations, avoiding the reduction and banalization of the phenomenology of subjective experiences of discomfort and malaise in the workplace. Los estilos de liderazgo de la Policía Local de la Comunidad Valenciana: Una aproximación desde la Teoría del Liderazgo Transformacional

Tomando como base la Teoría de Liderazgo Transformacional (Bass, 1985), se estudian las conductas que componen los estilos de liderazgo y su relación con tres variables de resultado: la eficacia del líder, la satisfacción con el líder y el esfuerzo extra de los subordinados; así como el aumento de los efectos (augmentation effect) del liderazgo transaccional cuando además se utiliza el liderazgo transformacional. La muestra es representativa del universo de policías locales de la Comunidad Valenciana (España) y está compuesta por 975 policías locales (828 hombres y 147 mujeres) pertenecientes a las plantillas de 42 localidades y que son dirigidos por 42 jefes.
