This work devoted to study various parameters influencing hydration of silicate phase main Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) was performed at the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire Carnot de Bourgogne (ICB). This study is part of the project "Crystal Growth Control" initiated by BASF in order to monitor and provide the best as possible the hydration of Ordinary Portland Cement. The dissolution of alite, like the pure C3S one, is fast in pure water. Speed decreases with deviation from equilibrium and the concentration of aluminates ions in solution. Alliance portfolio diversity, organizational slack, and firm performance

In this paper we analyze whether and how the availability of internal resources in the form of slack influences a firm ability to deal with partner diversity in its alliance portfolio. Alliances with diverse partners provide access to a broader pool of complementary resources, but they also entail significant coordination costs. In this context, we argue that slack acts as a doubleedged sword that can either facilitate or hinder the management of interdependencies among different alliance projects. Izstrādātā sistēma uzņēmumiem ļauj patstāvīgi organizēt darbinieku apmācības – apmācību dalībnieku reģistrēšana un pārvaldība tiek veikta bez sistēmas administratora iejaukšanās. Il contributo, redatto in forma di scheda critica, riguarda l'appalto per la costruzione di un portale marmoreo cinquecentesco, da innestare nel contesto dell'ala tardo quattrocentesca del palazzo senatorio di Palermo. Il documento inedito, cui è allegato un disegno prospettico acquarellato del portale, getta nuova luce sulla complessa storia del trecentesco palazzo di Città e, in particolare, sugli ampliamenti e "restauri" che lo interessarono nella seconda metà del XVI secolo. Il testo è corredato dalla trascrizione integrale del documento notarile del tempo.
